Castelplanio, 4 April 2024 – Eletica , leading company in the design and production of electronic boards, firmware, software, and test systems, celebrated the opening of its new offices at ‘Centro commerciale Oceano’ in Castelplanio. The event was held last Friday in the presence of distinguished guests and representatives of the industrial and commercial world.

Among the participants were the mayor of Castelplanio, Fabio Badiali, and that of Maiolati Spontini, Tiziano Consoli, together with the president of Gal Alta Vallesina, Riccardo Maderloni. Numerous companies supported the inauguration, including Elica Fabriano, Faber Fabriano, Gitronica Recanati, Diatech Jesi, Airforce Fabriano and Mac di Recanati. The Universities Politecnica delle Marche and Camerino participated in the event, demonstrating the importance of this new collaboration.

The inauguration of Eletica’s new headquarters was an opportunity to disseminate the projects carried out with passion and dedication by the company. In fact, Eletica is one of the 28 partners of the ‘ENOUGH‘ project.

The ‘ENOUGH’ project is funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program and coordinated by SINTEF Ocean (Norway) for a duration of four years. The project is designed to address food-related emissions, which are globally responsible for approximately 20-40 % of total greenhouse gas emissions.

Therefore, the main aim of the project is to support the EU’s sustainable agriculture-to-table strategy by providing technical, financial and policy tools and solutions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions (by 2030) and achieve carbon neutrality (by 2050) in the food industry.

Eletica is proud to participate in challenging and highly innovative projects. It is a privilege to be able to contribute its ICT skills to the achievement of the European goals.

The company is committed to innovating and consolidating its skills to be up-to-date and in step with the new challenges of the future: increasingly digital and interconnected.
